Paul Walker is an internationally recognized leadership and team development professional with over 25 years experience creating effective alignment in Fortune 500 and mid-cap companies. Mr. Walker's, non-confrontational, patient style, combined with humor, inspiration, superb business insights, and experience made him one of the most sought after leadership consultants.

Mr. Walker is the founder of Turiya Leadership consulting with a long list clients in the Southern California market. The "Turiya Process" is a unique methodology that uncovers hidden road maps to business success and then coaches the leader and the team along that road

Prior to Turiya, Mr. Walker was a Senior Vice President and Officer of Leadership and Team Development for Conexant Systems. He and his team integrated eight acquisitions, built a learning organization, coached the CEO and executive team and built a team of internal consultants and coaches.

Mr. Walker was Senior Vice President and Managing Principal for Senn-Delaney, an international leadership consulting firm, where he coached CEO's and their senior team regarding implementation of strategy, culture change and business performance improvement. As managing principal, he also developed consulting practices, trained senior consultants and helped to build the business from three million in sales to 25 million.

Early in his career he was a change leader for two large manufacturing conglomerates improving productivity, inventory levels and on-time performance as a line manager and internal consultant.

Mr. Walker provides community service by coaching the leaders of community service organizations and is on the Board of Directors for Volunteers of America. As board member he is leading the development of a "Leadership Academy" for leaders of underdeveloped communities. He is also Past President for the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association LA Chapter and presently Chair of Programs Committee on the national board.

Paul has a BA in communications and philosophy, and has been trained and certified as a CEO Coach and a facilitator of "Health Realization," a personal development process designed for stressed executives.
