  Organization - A $4MM news letter publisher with over 25 years in their marketplace.

Situation/Challenge - The Company had 2 key projects with significant P&L impact that required senior management experience. With a recent change in the management team at their busiest time of year, a big gap existed in the Company's ability to plan and execute. Failure was not an option.

Result - VTMG "hit the ground running, with very little training…and put the projects in motion" per the Company CEO within a 90 day period. The CEO, in a letter of reference, indicated that VTMG "was able to fill the gaps in our organization".
