Situation/Challenge: The Company had just been spun-off
from a larger public company, it was the
team's first experience in leading a public
company. There was a need to rapidly align
the organization around a complex strategy,
restructure the organization and build
a high performance organizational culture.
Result: We lead
the senior team through a strategic off-site
to create insight, build alignment, a
plan for implementation and lead the implementation.
The stock price climbed from $14 per share
to $94, split two for one and then climbed
again to $132. Six hundred million dollars
of earnings were created in the first
year and a half.
